DotDeals.com can not guarantee the accuracy of the coupon listed above. Our customer service team checks ALL coupons prior to posting them online, and continues to verify them periodically. On occasion you may encounter problems using the coupon/offer for the following reasons:


  • My Coupon has expired?



    • If the expiration for the coupon is unknown (shown against the deal as "N/A"), then there is a possibility that the merchant has discontinued the offer since the last time we verified it. Please send an email to baddeal@dotdeals.com to help us keep the site free of expired coupons.

  • The deal has changed?



    • There are times when the response to special offer is so intense, that the merchant decides to modify the coupon/ offer - to different terms such as a smaller discount, or larger minimum purchase requirement. There is also the chance the Retailer will decide to remove the deal prior to it's expiration date.
    1. In such cases, we recommend you conduct a search for that retailer to see if they are offering any other deals. Also we update our site daily, so if you check back often, their may be a new deal available for that retailer
    2. If you are looking for something in particular, contact our Customer Care Department csr@dotdeals.com and they can suggest some similar deals.


  • Can't Find the Coupon/Offer?

    Be sure to follow the instructions closely. Sometimes to obtain the offer, it requires a bit of work. We do our best to lead you in the right direction. If you still have problems, send an e-mail to helpme@dotdeals.com and we can provide more guidance.
    We recommend that if you have problems using a coupon/offer, take a moment and send us a brief message to baddeal@dotdeals.com with the details. This will also help other visitors to the DotDeals.com from dealing with a invalid offer.
